Maybe it's time for a new chapter president Tom. Someone with the motivation to start it all over again, or just keep it going. Someone like yourself. Yes......I'm serious.

John, thanks for the suggestion, but my health will not allow it. I am confined to home and not able to get out. I doubt that I will be around much longer. Just hated to see the chapter go downhill. You have done a great job, but others just don't appear to want to participate anymore.

I'm pretty much questioning my own participation any more here. Again..I came here tonight, and my web security guard detected scripts being run on the page. Makes me nervous about even accessing the site. If I win the lottery with a scratch off ticket for around 25 grand, we'll have one of our own websites by golly!

Maybe I`ll check out the site a bit more this week and find out what else is new. I`m guessing the previous chapter homepage was scrapped. I still have the code for the whole deal though.

You`re not the only dead chapter...I occsionaly zap our chapter with a defibulator once in a while for fun.
I believe that the economy has soured participation, along with the site being offline for a while. This isn`t the only forum with issues. One hasn`t had an okie post in years, and one other hasn`t in almost a month.

Theres also no new blood. when`s the last time anyone noticed someone brand new post here? Maybe social networking isn`t as vehicle oriented as it was a few years back.
Thanks for letting me post my .02, or food for thought.
