I purchased my ram in april of 04. it is a 03 ram 1500 4x4 slt quad cab. I have already cranked up the torsion bars to get about 2inches of lift. I just put the tow hooks on the front last week(9/24/04). 10/8/04 I just had my exhuast installed. I went with the Flowmaster 3 chamber. It sounds great. loud when I get into the throttle and mellow when cruising. The tips are from Gibson. and they are awsome too.
02/20/05 I just got some BFG All Terrain 285/70/17s from Ebay. They look Great. Not too big and cant really tell the difference on the highway. as far as gearing goes that is.

02/21/05 Also just put on a roll-up tonneau cover from Truck Tec. It took about an hour to put on. It looks awsome. I am waiting to see if it makes any difference on gas milage. Well it is now 8/29/05, very little diff on the mpg with the tonneau. just bought a set of eagle alloy 186s for $100. over the past year I have added the SRT-10 start button, 4.7l hood decals, racing stripes, fuel door and as of 11/9/06 quickstop pro drilled and slotted rotors with performance friction carbon metallic pads. now 02/12/2007 another year, and now i have a Jensen VM9311TS dvd player with flip out monitor, two amps and a fiberglass enclosure with a 12" kicker sub. also have dual filter intake from ebay.
just added a oem receiver hitch and a lighted ram logo receiver cover also out back is a plasmaglow led tailgate light bar.
Well it is now 3/15/08 yet another year with the beast. I have added the diamond plate to the lower door halves. at this point I have to report there are minor issues with the truck getting a bit older. 1. i keep blowing headlight bulbs. (i will be modding to a bi xenon HID kit soon) 2. engine light is on all the time something about "02 threshold in bank 1" 3. the running light part of my Plamaglo fire and ice bar cuts in and out. all other functions work great. I think i am going to solder all connections to see if that helps. 4. taillight lamp out indicator keeps coming up. brake light on drivers side will not work. I think it is the circuit board on the houseing. this may also fix the fire and ice problem too. not much else as for as modding right now.
